Shipping Policy

Standard shipping delivery times:

On average it takes us 5 to 8 business days to print and hand stitch your order before we ship it out. There may be some delay during the holidays. Otherwise, you can expect the following ship times:

  • United States: 2 - 4 weeks
  • Rest of the World: 3 - 6 weeks

Delivery guarantee:

All orders are fully traceable using a tracking service. A notification will be sent to your email upon dispatch of your order along with your tracking number.

We use the most reliable couriers out there and we haven't had a single parcel lost in transit. But, in an unlikely event of your parcel getting lost in transit, we would issue you a full refund or exchange.

Canceling an order:

All cancellations must be made within 24hrs of initial purchase.  You must contact us within the first 24hrs, Even if we do not respond right away, your request to cancel must be received within the first 24hrs after a purchase. 

Due to the nature of our custom products, every order is made to order. Your product starts manufacturing process 1 day after you place your order, so we do not allow cancellations after 24hrs.

Customs and import taxes:

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We aren't responsible for delays due to customs.
